Today we added on the the existing awning at the Plyler residence in Dallas N.C. We installed an awning by the pool that attached to the garage last year. Mrs. Plyler wanted to cover the entire lenth of the garage to cover all the way down one side of the pool. We used a 7″ C beam to span a greater distance between the post so that the post would not interfere with the pool cover in the winter. The Plyer’s are very happy with their addition and look forward to hanging out by the pool this summer.
